At Gingers Greenhouse, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all greenhouse tags and labels are still attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
